What is Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness Meditation is focusing your attention and witnessing your thoughts and emotions. In this, you allow yourself to embraces your thoughts and emotions by letting them come and go without judgment or reaction. This means you are fully experiencing what happens in the here and now. Furthermore, you learn the art of focusing within yourself and focus on your surrounding in that very moment.

AWAKEN PACKAGE (Bi- Monthly session)

  • Two sessions *per month (can be done over the ZOOM or google hangout)
  • Weekly email of  Meditation Affirmations
  • Weekly Awaken handouts that will build your knowledge about nutrition and self-care
  •  Learn to improve your personal relationship with yourself and others
  • My commitment as your health coach is to walk with you on your journey

*Limited to two one hour sessions


  • Three session *per month (can be done by, zoom, google hangout)
  • Weekly email of Meditation Affirmations/ Shine With Ebony Affirmation Cards
  • Weekly Sunrise handouts that will build your knowledge about nutrition, meditation, and self-care
  • Transformation Meditation workbook/  3 Plant-base recipes
  • Learn to use food/herbs as medicine and how to resurrect your body, mind and spirit to a holistic lifestyle

*Limited to three one hour sessions

Mindfulness Meditation Session for Children ( online sessions or in person/ Group sessions or individual 60mins)

Mindfulness Meditation for Children will teach student(s) how to remain balance within and to have healthy stress levels.  In this hour session, student(s) will follow a guided meditation and  learn how to meditate through Controlled Breathing, Visualization Art/Singing and Affirmation Literacy.
Controlled Breathing– Children will learn how to take slow deep breaths and learn how to body scan by managing their stress level. As students learn this technique,this will prevent anxiety, fear, stress and anger. Students will also learn how to use control breathing during their day-to-routines.
Visualization Art/Singing: Children will learn how to manage their emotions through visualization art/singing. This technique will teach students how to create “happy thought” during mediation. This will prevent anxiety, high stress, worry, anger etc. After meditation, students will song write their experience about their mediation journey or create a short story/drawing.
Affirmation Literacy:  student(s) will learn a affirmation “word of the day” and implement that word in their meditation and journal writing. This technique will teach students to speech word of life within themselves and also gain confidence. Furthermore, this will build their  everyday vocabulary.
